You can create 3 types of campaigns - Blasts, Drip & Behavioural. Retainly supports Multi-Channel Campaign Delivery via Email, SMS, InApp Notifications & Push Notifications. 

Before you start any campaign, make sure that you have activated your required services like Email, SMS or Push. Also ensure that you have Designed and Saved your required Templates.
